Xtratherm join the Passiefhuis Platform, exhibiting at a major Passive House or Passivhaus symposium in Brusselson 5th October. The symposium involves professionals from the construction world as well as policy makers. The goal is to stimulate the design of new buildings that meet Passivhaus standards.

As the world’s fastest growing energy performance standard Passivhaus aims to build homes with excellent thermal performance, exceptional air tightness and mechanical ventilation. This minimises the heat used and permits it to be recovered and re-circulated.

A growing proportion of buildings are being designed and built inBelgiumusing PIR insulation in the walls, floors & roof. Xtratherm insulation products are used in Passive specifications for their superior performance backed by unrivalled technical support for the designer and builder.
